I stayed at a cozy hotel in the heart of Hanoi, not far from the Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a decently sized bathroom for storage of our belongings. The service was top-notch with friendly staff always ready to assist. Despite the limited dining options, the overall experience was pleasant. However, there were some noise disturbances, especially in the evenings.

The rooms are clean and cozy with great beds and small balconies, perfect for storage during your stay. The service is commendable, though with a few room for improvement points.
